WHat is Performance Based Pricing?
Performance-based pricing means we share in the quantifiable cost reductions that our clients realize upon execution of our recommendations.
We share in the savings we find at a rate of 50%.
That means if we find you $20,000 in savings a year, you’ll keep $10,000 and we will be compensated $10,000.
This model makes us better partners and it provides you with better services - we have a huge incentive to produce results.
And on the rare occasion we find no savings, you don’t owe us a dime. Why pay for a service you don’t benefit from?
WHy We Use It
A performance-based consultant has a very specific profit objective. The more they can save you, the more they can earn. It’s a win-win situation.
It make us thorough. When we’re conducting an audit, we look at every possible aspect of your waste streams. This includes analyzing dumpster size, usage levels, and frequency of pick-ups. It also includes scrutinizing past invoices, other hauler alternatives, and whether you are paying ancillary fees on your contract. We leave no stone unturned.
As a result, typical client waste spend reduction is at least 20-40%.
How we Use it
After our audit, we show you the best waste management options available to you.
When you give us the green light, we make the changes on your behalf. You don’t pay anything until these changes affect your waste streams - we don’t make a dime until quantifiable savings show up on your waste vendor invoices.
Once they do, we give you an easy-to-read invoice that shows you the total amount you have saved and the amount you owe us.
Sharing in the savings gives you relief from waste worries. You don’t have to worry about overlooked details, but can rest easy knowing that we’ve taken preventative measures to protect your contract and your resources.
